In our pursuit to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction, we offer 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, intact seals, and in its original packaging. If you need to return or request a refund for any reason, we've made the process straightforward and hassle-free. 

How to Submit a Return Request

1. Sign in to Your Account: Click here to Request a Return. Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue. Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code provided. Return to our online store and enter the verification code.

2. Select the Order and Items: Click on the order for which you want to submit the return. If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific products you wish to return.

3. Choose Return Reason and Add a Note: Select the reason for your return from the options provided. You can also add an optional note to provide additional details or feedback.

4. Request Return: Click the "Request Return" button to submit your return request. If your request is approved and requires shipping, we will send you an email containing shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

Return and Refund Process

Returning the Product: If your return request is approved, please follow the provided shipping instructions. Package the product securely and attach the return shipping label. Send the item back to us using a reliable shipping service.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything is in order, we will initiate the refund process automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank, for the refund to reflect in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@magandarainvirginhair.com or via site chat.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria or if the request is made after the specified timeframe.

Please note that for hair extensions, once the tag and/or seal label has been opened, removed or broken, we will not accept your return; For wigs, they must be in its original, unused condition with uncut/unbleached hair, unchanged color, and intact lace. We prioritize customer safety and hygiene, hence used wigs and hair extensions cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom made orders sales are final. They cannot be exchanged or returned
