Shipping Carriers

We ship primarily via USPS (and may use an alternate carrier when necessary to ensure timely delivery).


Order Processing Time (Before It Ships)

  • Processing begins after payment is authorized and verified.

  • Please allow up to 1 business day to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time can vary based on order verification, order details, and internal handling.

  • Orders placed on Friday (or over the weekend) begin processing the next business day (typically Monday).

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom work takes additional time due to preparation, customization, and quality checks.

  • Standard custom items: ship within 1 week after processing

  • More detailed custom requests: may take 1.5–2 weeks after processing

Planning tip: If you need your hair by a specific date, we strongly recommend giving yourself a 2-week cushion to avoid unforeseen delays.


Shipping Timeframes (After It Ships)

Transit time begins once your package is scanned by the carrier.

  • Shipping typically takes 2–3 business days

  • To be conservative, please allow 3–4 business days for delivery after shipment

Delivery times can vary based on your location (zip code), weather, and carrier volume (especially during holidays and sales).


Tracking Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Store Pickup (Huntsville): Orders shipped to our Huntsville store for customer pickup will not receive a tracking number. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

Signature Requirement (High-Value Orders)

For security purposes, orders over $150 may require a signature upon delivery.
Signature-required orders cannot be modified once shipped—please plan accordingly.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Rules

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout.

  • Packages must be delivered as addressed and cannot be held, redirected, or intercepted at a pickup facility once shipped.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, carrier handling is outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by USPS (or any shipping carrier).

Delivered but not received:
If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is not eligible for replacement or refund. Please check:

  • mailbox/parcel locker

  • household members

  • leasing office/front desk

  • neighbors

  • the carrier for GPS delivery confirmation


Shipping Protection (Optional, If Selected at Checkout)

If shipping protection is offered at checkout and selected, it may cover lost packages in transit (coverage terms vary by provider).
Please note: shipping protection typically does not cover stolen packages or damage unless explicitly stated by the provider.


Claims & Support

  • Only one claim may be filed per order.

  • Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Carrier delays can occur due to weather, peak season, or routing issues.

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates once a package is in the carrier’s possession.
